JV Partners are like Referral Partners, except instead of introducing you to 1 person at a time, they're introducing you to their entire community.
JV Partners are win/win partnerships, where you often promote each other.
Why are JV's so great?
・1 highly influential JV Partner could completely fill you up with high-paying clients.
・5 less influential JV Partners, could also completely fill you up with high-paying clients.
How many JV Partners do you want?
JV Partners are people you're probably going to promote on a regular basis, so you can probably only handle 5-10 JV Partners.
You can get 5-10 JV Partners in 1-3 months if you focus on it. Since you can't promote everyone, be very selective with who you decide to partner with.
Who make the Best JV Partners?
The best JV Partners are:
1. Entrepreneurs who understand (and want to play) the JV Game.
2. People who work with a similar group of people
3. People you would love to promote and would benefit from them promoting you.
What's the secret to great JV's?
The secret is to make your long-term friendship more important than your short-term desire to have them promote you.There are thousands of people who you could partner with. So, choose to partner with only your favorite people.And, then be super generous. The more you lead with generosity, the more likely your partner will want to be generous with you.

4 | New Potential JV Partners
People you admire but don't know yet. You'd love to promote them and would be honored if they promoted you.
How do I organize my JV Partners?
1 | Place them in the Cool Leads and tag them with *Warm Potential JV Partner
2 | When they positively respond, add them to Warm Potential JV Partner Pipeline.
What are embedded JV's?
Embedded JV's, as our friend Charles Byrd defines it, are JV Partners where your free gift is a fixture in their business.
For example, at every Summit, we give the gift of Penelope Jane Smith's Financial Freedom 101 as a bonus for signing up for the Philanthropy Club.
And, she gives Summit Scholarships as a bonus for coming to Financial Freedom 101. We each "promote" each other 3 times per year.
What Commissions should you give your JV Partner?
They're basically part of your marketing team and introducing you to their people is very valuable.
The more time intensive, the lower the commission typically is:
・10% commission for 1-1 package is common.
・10-50% for courses or programs is common.

Step 2 | The email has a link to book a consult with you.

Set Up Your Funnels
JV's make the most sense when you have a Free Gift Funnel connected with a Consult or Event Funnel.
