Why is this template Important? 

This Template will bring you from scarcity to abundance
How do you make $10K (or more) per month. By beginning chats with people.
Because they have the money you're looking for. And, you've got the gifts they're looking for. :)

Who do you chat with?
Ever glance at your Facebook Contacts or Phone Contacts, and think: "Not much here..." and then try to find another source of clients. Never again!

You have a goldmine of hundreds or thousands of connections.... many who could become Clients, Referral Partners or JV Partners!

As you go through this template, it will become crystal clear, who to talk with and which of the 5 "Get Consults" Smart Templates to use.
Suddenly you'll have the ability to bring in a LOT of high-paying clients.

What are Pipelines?

Your Pipelines are your client attraction goldmine.  It’s where all of your contacts are stored and organized so you can get the most high-paying clients with the least amount of confusion or chaos. 


If you don’t have a pipeline or other tracking system, you will rely on “intuitive reach outs” and may feel like you don't know who to talk with... thereby letting thousands of dollars evaporate each month.

Don't Want to Use Thrive Machine?
We recommend just using the Pipelines without using any other aspect of the Thrive Machine.
But, if you don't want to do that, you can use your own Pipeline or a "clunkier pipeline" we created before we set up pipelines in the Thrive Machine.
It's a Google Sheet and not ideal. It's called the: Temporary Contact List ↗️

Which Pipelines Do You Get Inside Your Thrive Machine Account?

We’ve given you 5 Pipelines in your Thrive Machine Account:

1. *Cool Leads

2. *Warm Potential Clients
3. “Warm Potential Event Hosts

4. *Warm Potential JV Partners

5. *Warm Potential Referral Partners

Your Pipeline is a visual representation of the stages your people go through to become a Client, Event Host, JV Partner or Referral Partner. 

You can add Pipelines, remove Pipelines or change the names of pipelines.   

What’s the Difference Between the Cool Leads Pipeline and the 4 Warm Pipelines?  

The Cool Leads Pipeline is a list of ALL your contacts.  It may have hundreds or thousands of people. 


Your job is to Begin Chats with all of the people in your Cool Leads Pipeline.

If they respond positively, you’ll upgrade them to one of the Warm Pipelines. 

If they don’t respond, reach out to them two more times.  If they don’t respond after three attempts, remove them from your Cool Leads Pipeline.

How Many People Should You Have in Each Pipeline?

Your Cool Leads Pipeline should have a LOT of people at first (hundreds or thousands of people). 

Once you begin chatting with people inside your Cool Leads Pipeline, you'll remove people from Cool Leads and add people to your Warm Pipelines.

Your 4 Warm Pipelines should ideally have 20-50 ACTIVE Warm Leads at all times.  This keeps you out of survival mode and puts your brain into abundance and possibility mode.

It's important to keep your Pipelines clean... so, if someone in a Warm Pipeline says no or stops responding, remove them from your Warm Pipeline. 

Once you have begun chats with ALL your Cool Leads (and your Cool Leads Pipeline is empty, you can use Paths 2-10 in the Get Consults System to add more people to your Pipelines.  

START ROCKING YOUR PIPELINES

Step 1 | Add Your Contacts To "Cool Leads" Pipeline

To make this easier for you, the Thrive Team can help you add and organize all your people in the Thrive Machine…


The first step is to fill out Step 1 of the Thrive Onboarding Form,

In this form, you'll get instructions on how to
1. Export up to 7 contacts lists into a CSV or Excel file
2. Upload them into the Thrive form.

What are the 7 Contact Lists?
1. Phone Contacts'

2. Email List

3. Mac or Google Contact List

4. Facebook Contact List

5. Instagram Contact List

6. Linked In Contact List

7. Any Other Contact List

What "Other Contact Lists” might you add?
1. A list of Past & Present Clients
2. What’s App, Voxer, etc.

3. Directories from your Coaching or Holistic Schools

Important Notes
1. It takes time to export the lists, but it's much faster than manual entry.
2. Some of the contact lists (like Facebook) take 24-48 hours to export.

How Does Thrive Organize Your Contacts?

When you complete Step 1 of the Onboarding Form, the Thrive Team will:

1. Add all your people to Cool Leads Pipeline


2. Tag each of your people with the Contact List they came from
(like Facebook Contacts, Linked in Contacts, etc.

3. Turn each Contact List into a Smart List (so you can easily find them.

What's a Tag?
A Tag is a label that you give people.  Tags help you organize your people... and segment them so you can communicate with them more effectively.

2 TYPES OF TAGS

1. “Contact List” Tags
Thrive will tag your people with the Contact List they came from (for example your Phone Contacts.  Facebook Contacts, etc.  

2. “Contact Type” Tags
You will tag your people with one of 5 Contact Types. 

*potential client (new)

*potential client (warm)

*potential event host 

*potential jv partner

*potential referral partner

Step 2 | Tag All Your People with a "Contact Type"

1 | Go to the Contacts tab
(It's on the far left navigation column)


2 | Add 1 tag per person

1 | Click on their name.
2 | Scroll down the "middle left" column and Click on Tags
3 | Click on the Tags Search Bar and choose 1 (or 2) tags

3 | Aim to tag 2-4 people per 1 minute
This is 40-80 people in 20 minutes. And 120-240 people per hour. In 2-4 hours, you could be set up to begin chats with about 500 people!!!

How to Tag People
If you don't know them: Choose the Potential Client (new) tag.
You do know them: Do they feel most like a: Potential Client (warm), Referral Partner, JV Partner, or Event Host.

Can you tag them with more than one "Contact Type"? 

We recommend tagging them with one "Contact Type" tag for 2 reasons:
1. To avoid reaching out to them twice. 
2. Our "Get Consults" Smart Templates will guide you from one template to another. For example, Private Message New Potential Clients, can lead to the Get Referrals template (when appropriate).

Isn’t this Super Tedious?
Yes. This will take time, which might be annoying.  But, it’s WAY more annoying to NOT know who to begin chats with and which template to use.. 
Tagging your people may be THE most important thing you do all month.

To make this less annoying, you can:

1. Look for people you haven't thought about for a long time... like a treasure hunt.

2. Bless each person as you tag them (to make it a feel good meditation.)

Step 3 | Begin to Chat With Your People

1 | Go to the Opportunities tab on the far left

2 | Click on "Cool Leads" Pipeline.

3 | Click on the Pipeline Search Bar and Search for a Tag

For example, type Potential Referral Partners into the Search Bar.
You'll then see ONLY your Potential Referral Partners (in the pipeline).

4 | Begin chats with 3, 5, 10 or 20 of them each day.
Begin chats with one referral partner after another.

5 | Keep Your Pipelines Clean
If you don't want to connect with them or they don't respond after several attempts, remove them from your pipeline.

If they respond positively, move them to one of your Warm Pipelines.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1 | Focus on one Tag like Referral Partners for the day (or week)
This will save you time and help you master the template more quickly.

2 | Text if possible
If you are using FB Messenger or Instagram DM's copy and paste from the template. If you have their phone number, text them, using the snippets inside Thrive Machine.

SPAM alert! Build Your Email & Text List (legally)

Do you have explicit permission to email / text in bulk?
You might have hundreds or thousands of contacts in your Thrive Machine - but unless they've specifically opted in to receive your emails or texts (even if they're subscribed elsewhere), don't add them to your broadcast list.

That's SPAM, and can cause:
• Angry subscribers
• Damaged deliverability
• Hurt reputation
And it's illegal.

Get Permission to Email / Text in Bulk
You CAN individually email or text all of your people, inviting them to opt in to your email list or your text list. Here's a sample message you can personalize and send to one person at a time.

Subject: First Name, I hope this helps you!

Hi First Name!

Optional | Acknowledge them &/or something from a recent social post.

I’ve got a ____________ (free gift: checklist, template, cheat sheet) that has helped ______(me / my client(s)) get __________ (result).

Would you like me to send it to you? As well as some other great content over the coming weeks to help you get ______(result). If so, just respond with "Yes, Please!" and I'll email / text it to you!

Step 4 | Check Back In Every 4 Months

Reconnecting is everything
Leaders look out for their people and connect with them regularly.
Some people need to hear from you 7x (or more) before they become your client.

Nurture all your people in the 4 Warm Pipelines every 4 months:

1. Warm Potential Clients

2. Warm Potential Event Hosts.

3. Warm Potential JV Partners

4. Warm Potential Referral Partners

How do you Remember to Reconnect?

The Mastery 3-Day Event is every 4 months. It will:
1. Help you master Heartselling™.
2. Remind you to reconnect with ALL your people.

When do you stop reaching out?
If they don't respond to 3 messages in a row, tell you to stop. 😊
Otherwise, keep reconnecting!
