Each pipeline represents a stage in your business relationship.
As people respond and engage, you move them forward.
So everyone gets the right attention at the right time and no one falls through the cracks.
Cool Leads is your full contact list... everyone you've ever connected with.
Your job is simple: start conversations.
When someone responds positively, move them to the appropriate Warm Pipeline.
No response after 3 attempts? Remove them and move on.
Keep 20-50 active leads in each Warm Pipeline at all times.
That's the shift from survival mode ("where do I find clients?") to abundance mode ("I can barely keep up").
ROCK YOUR PIPELINES
⭐ Step 1 | Add Your Contacts To "Cool Leads" Pipeline
Complete the Thrive Onboarding Form ↗️ and follow the instructions.
Then, we'll import and organize everything for you.
You can upload up to 7 lists:
Phone contacts
Email list
Mac or Google contacts
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Past/present clients, WhatsApp, Voxer, school directories, etc.
Note: Facebook can take 24-48 hours to export, so start that one first.
Once uploaded, the Thrive Team will add everyone to your Cool Leads Pipeline, tag each person by their source, and create Smart Lists so you can easily find your people.
⭐ Step 2 | Tag Your Cool Leads
Tags let you filter your pipeline so you know exactly who to reach out to and which template to use. Give each person one tag:
Potential Client (Warm): You'd happily welcome them as a client
Potential Client (New): You don't know them well yet
Potential Referral Partner: You like them but wouldn't coach them
Potential JV Partner: They have influence over a community of your people
Event Host: They host events or gatherings
Remove anyone you wouldn't want to hop on a Zoom with.
How to tag: Opportunities tab > Cool Leads > click their card > scroll to Tag section > add tag > Update.
Aim for 2-5 people per minute. Thirty minutes of tagging can set up an entire month of conversations -- think of it as a treasure hunt through people you haven't thought about in years.
Yes, it's tedious.
But it's the most important thing you'll do this month. One tag per person keeps things clean and makes sure the right template reaches the right people.
⭐ Step 3 | Begin to Chat With Your People
HOW TO BEGIN CHATS
If your Game Plan says that to reach your New Clients Goal, you'll need to begin chats with 5 Warm Potential Clients per day... here's how you do it.
1 | Go to the Opportunities Tab
Make sure you're in Cool Leads Pipeline
2 | Type Warm into the search bar.
This allows you to only see the people you tagged Warm Potential Clients.
3 | Reach out to 5 Warm Potential Clients
Use the Private Message Warm Potential Clients Template in a row.
No response after 3 reach outs?
No problem... It's part of the game. Simply remove them.
When they respond positively
Remove them from Cool Leads Pipeline & add them to Warm Potential Clients Pipeline.
How to Move People from One Pipeline to Another Pipeline
1 | Go to the Opportunities Tab. Make sure you're in Cool Leads Pipeline.
2 | Click on their card (not their name).
3 | Scroll halfway down the card to Pipeline.
4 | Click on the Pipeline field.
5 | Check the Pipeline you want to move them to.
6 | Click Update (and this person will be removed from Cool Leads & added to the new pipeline).
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIMILAR TAGS & PIPELINES?

This allows you to view all your warm potential clients in the Cool Leads Pipeline. When they respond positively move them into... ⬇️

This is where you nurture your 20-50 warmest potential clients.

PIPELINE SUCCESS SECRETS
⭐ Pipeline Success Secrets
1 | Focus on one tag at a time. Pick Warm Potential Clients for a week or month. You'll move faster and master the template more quickly.
2 | Text when you can. Text gets responses. If you have their number, use the Thrive Machine snippets. No number? Private message on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Avoid email -- it's too easy to ignore.
3 | Keep it clean. Remove anyone who hasn't responded after 3 attempts or that you don't want to connect with. A clean pipeline is a useful pipeline.
4 | Add and nurture. Once you've worked through Cool Leads, use Paths 2-9 in the Get Consults System to add fresh leads, and keep nurturing everyone in your Warm Pipelines.
5 | Don't want to reach out to your existing contacts? No problem. Use Paths 2, 3, or 9 in the Get Consults System to generate new leads instead. Then use Steps 2 and 3 to track them. That said, your existing connections are your fastest path to clients -- we'd encourage you not to leave that on the table.
6 | Reconnection is everything. Some people need to hear from you 7-12 times before they become a client. The Mastery 3-Day Event (every 4 months) is your built-in reminder to reconnect with everyone.
7 | When do you stop? Three unanswered messages or they ask you to stop. Otherwise, keep going.
⭐ SPAM alert! Build Your Email & Text List (legally)
Do you have explicit permission to email / text in bulk?
You might have hundreds or thousands of contacts in your Thrive Machine - but unless they've specifically opted in to receive your emails or texts (even if they're subscribed elsewhere), don't add them to your broadcast list.
That's SPAM, and can cause:
• Angry subscribers
• Damaged deliverability
• Hurt reputation
And it's illegal.
Get Permission to Email / Text in Bulk
You CAN individually email or text all of your people, inviting them to opt in to your email list or your text list. Here's a sample message you can personalize and send to one person at a time.
