Your Pipelines are your client attraction goldmine. It’s where all of your contacts are stored and organized,
Your pipelines will allow you to get the most high-paying clients with the least amount of confusion or chaos.
Without a pipeline or tracking system, you will rely on “intuitive reach outs” and may often wonder where to find the clients... thereby letting thousands of dollars evaporate each month.

But, if you don't want to do that, you can use your own Pipeline or a "clunkier pipeline" we created before we set up pipelines in the Thrive Machine.
It's a Google Sheet and not ideal. It's called the: Temporary Contact List ↗️
⭐ Which Pipelines Do You Get Inside Your Thrive Machine Account?
We’ve given you 5 Pipelines in your Thrive Machine Account:
1. *Cool Leads
2. *Warm Potential Clients
3. “Warm Potential Event Hosts
4. *Warm Potential JV Partners
5. *Warm Potential Referral Partners
Your Pipeline is a structure that allows people to move from one stage in your business to another.
It helps you keep track of lots of people without anyone slipping through the cracks.
⭐ What’s the Difference Between the Cool Leads Pipeline and the 4 Warm Pipelines?
The Cool Leads Pipeline is a list of ALL your contacts. It may have hundreds or thousands of people.
Your job is to Begin Chats with all of the people in your Cool Leads Pipeline.
When they respond positively
Upgrade them to one of the Warm Pipelines.
If they don’t respond after 3 attempts
Remove them from your Cool Leads Pipeline.
⭐ Pipeline Goals
Goal 1 | Your Cool Leads Pipeline has hundreds or thousands of people in it
Your Cool Leads Pipeline includes most everyone you've ever connected with.
Once you begin chatting with them, you'll remove them from Cool Leads and add them to your Warm Pipelines.
Goal 2 | Your 4 Warm Pipelines has 20-50 ACTIVE Warm Leads at all times
Having only the most positively engaged people in your Warm Pipelines allows you to take really great care of those people.
And, having more than 20 people in each pipeline moves you from:
• Survival mode (I don't know where to find my people) to
• Abundance mode (I hardly have time to talk with all of these warm people.)
ROCK YOUR PIPELINES
⭐ Step 1 | Add Your Contacts To "Cool Leads" Pipeline
You can add or import your people into Thrive Machine. But... to make this easier for you, Thrive can import your people for you.
1 | COMPLETE STEP 1 OF THRIVE ONBOARDING FORM
The Thrive Onboarding Form gives you instructions on how to
• Export up to 7 contacts lists into a CSV or Excel file
• Upload them into the Onboarding Form.
What are the 7 Contact Lists?
List 1. Phone Contacts
List 2. Email List
List 3 Mac or Google Contact List
List 4. Facebook Contact List
List 5. Instagram Contact List
List 6. Linked In Contact List
List 7. Any Other Contact List
What "Other Contact Lists” might you add?
• A list of Past & Present Clients
• What’s App, Voxer, etc.
• Directories from your Coaching or Holistic Schools
Important Notes
•It takes time to export the lists, but it's much faster than manual entry.
• Some of the contact lists (like Facebook) take 24-48 hours to export.
2 | THRIVE TEAM WILL ORGANIZE YOUR CONTACTS
Thrive Team will:
1 | Add all your people to Cool Leads Pipeline
2. Tag each of your people with the Contact List they came from (like Facebook Contacts, Linked in Contacts, etc.
3. Turn each Contact List into a Smart List (so you easily find your people.

⭐ Step 2 | Tag Your Cool Leads
What's a Tag?
A Tag is the label that you give people:
Why Use Tags?
Your Cool Leads Pipeline will have hundreds or thousands of people... Tags help you filter for ONLY the people you want to begin chats with.
What are the 5 Tags we you can use inside the Cool Leads Pipeline?
1 | *Potential Clients (Warm)
2 | *Potential Clients (New)
3 | *Potential Referral Partner
4 | *Potential JV Partner
5 | *Event Host
How do you tag people?
1 | Go to the Opportunities tab.
2 | If you're not automatically in Cool Leads Pipeline, click on Cool Leads Pipeline.
3 | Scroll to the first person who is not tagged.
3 | Click on their card (not their name)
4 | Scroll down to Tag section.
5 | Click the Tag Field & add one of the 5 Contact Type tags listed above.
6 | Click Update.
Tagging Guidelines
Important: Remove people you don't like (or wouldn't want to hop on Zoom with.)
1 | Tag them Potential Client (New) If you don't know who they are,
2 | Tag them Potential Client (Warm) if you would happily welcome them as a client.
3 | Tag them Potential Referral Partner if you like them (but don't want them as a client.)
(Examples, good friend or family member.)
4 | Tag them Potential JV Partner if they have influence with a community of your people.
Examples: Spiritual or religious leader, Hairstylist, Successful Colleague.)
5 | Tag them *Event Host if they host events or gatherings.}
Tag Fast & Fabulous
Tag 2-5 people per minute.
That's 60-150 people in 30 minutes.
In 30 minutes, you could set yourself up for a month of great conversations!
Can you tag them with more than one "Contact Type"?
Ideally, no. Tag them with the most relevant Contact Type.
This will help you to:
1 | Avoid reaching out to them twice.
2 | Use the correct template.

Example: You're using Private Message New Potential Clients & they want to refer you... this template will guide you to the Get Referrals template.
Isn’t this Super Tedious?
Yes. This will take time, which might be annoying. But, it’s MORE annoying to not know who to begin chats with and which template to use..
Tagging your people may be THE most important thing you do all month.
To make this less annoying, you can:
1. Go on a treasure hunt of people you haven't thought about in a long time.
2. Bless each person as you tag them.
⭐ Step 3 | Begin to Chat With Your People
HOW TO BEGIN CHATS
If your Game Plan says that to reach your New Clients Goal, you'll need to begin chats with 5 Warm Potential Clients per day... here's how you do it.
1 | Go to the Opportunities Tab
Make sure you're in Cool Leads Pipeline
2 | Type Warm into the search bar.
This allows you to only see the people you tagged Warm Potential Clients.
3 | Reach out to 5 Warm Potential Clients
Use the Private Message Warm Potential Clients Template in a row.
No response after 3 reach outs?
No problem... It's part of the game. Simply remove them.
When they respond positively
Remove them from Cool Leads Pipeline & add them to Warm Potential Clients Pipeline.
How to Move People from One Pipeline to Another Pipeline
1 | Go to the Opportunities Tab. Make sure you're in Cool Leads Pipeline.
2 | Click on their card (not their name).
3 | Scroll halfway down the card to Pipeline.
4 | Click on the Pipeline field.
5 | Check the Pipeline you want to move them to.
6 | Click Update (and this person will be removed from Cool Leads & added to the new pipeline).
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIMILAR TAGS & PIPELINES?
• Your *Potential Clients (Warm) Tag
This allows you to view all your warm potential clients in the Cool Leads Pipeline. When they respond positively move them into... ⬇️
• Your Warm Potential Clients Pipeline
This is where you nurture your 20-50 warmest potential clients.

PIPELINE SUCCESS SECRETS
⭐ Pipeline Success Secrets
Secret 1 | Focus on one Tag like Warm Potential Clients for 1 week or month
This will save you time and help you master the template more quickly.
Secret 2 | Text if possible
If you have a Business Phone Number in the Thrive Machine.
And if you have their cell phone number....
You can text them using the snippets inside Thrive Machine.
If you don't have their phone number, send them a private message on Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin.
We recommend not emailing people (if you can avoid it), because emails are too easy to ignore.
Secret 3 | Keep Your Pipelines Clean
Your Pipeline is your Personal Goldmine.
Remove anyone who hasn't responded or that you don't like enough to connect with.
If they respond positively, follow the steps in Step 3 to add them to Remove them from Cool Leads and add them to the new Pipeline.
Secret 4 | Add & Nurture Your People
Once you've reached out to everyone in your Cool Leads Pipeline:
• Add more people to your Warm Pipelines using Paths 2-9 in the Get Consults System.
• Nurture everyone in your Warm Pipelines
Secret 5 | Don't want to Import Your People into Thrive Machine?
This is not about "selling to friends & family..." Although we have had about 10 close friends or family members come through Thrive... so we have no moral problems about inviting your friends or family to become your client. You can tag only the warmest of potential clients and tag the rest as referrals, jv partners or event hosts.
But if you don't want to do ANY business with any of your contacts... (even your colleagues or contacts you don't know that well...)
You can use the following 3 paths in the Get Consults System 2.0 or Fill your Events 2.0 System to get new clients.
Path 2 | New Potential Clients | Online.
Path 3 | Potential Clients | Events
Path 9 | Invest in Leads.
Then, use Steps 2 & 3 above to track all the NEW leads that come in from those 3 paths.
That being said... We strongly recommend you take your business to the next level by following steps 1-3 above and harnessing the power of the connections you've built over your lifetime.
Secret 6 | Reconnection is everything
Leaders look out for their people and connect with them regularly.
Some people need to hear from you 7-12x before they become your client.
The Mastery 3-Day Event is every 4 months and it will:
1. Help you master Heartselling™.
2. Remind you to reconnect with ALL your people.
Secret 7 | When do you stop reaching out?
If they don't respond to 3 messages in a row, tell you to stop. 😊
Otherwise, keep reconnecting!
⭐ SPAM alert! Build Your Email & Text List (legally)
Do you have explicit permission to email / text in bulk?
You might have hundreds or thousands of contacts in your Thrive Machine - but unless they've specifically opted in to receive your emails or texts (even if they're subscribed elsewhere), don't add them to your broadcast list.
That's SPAM, and can cause:
• Angry subscribers
• Damaged deliverability
• Hurt reputation
And it's illegal.
Get Permission to Email / Text in Bulk
You CAN individually email or text all of your people, inviting them to opt in to your email list or your text list. Here's a sample message you can personalize and send to one person at a time.

Hi First Name!
Optional | Acknowledge them &/or something from a recent social post.

Would you like me to send it to you? As well as some other great content over the coming weeks to help you get ______(result). If so, just respond with "Yes, Please!" and I'll email / text it to you!
