Thrive is here to help you get onboarded and build your funnels for you. But we are not set up to be your Tech Support (when you inevitably run into tech challenges).
If something isn't working properly, you can find the answer in this troubleshooting guide! We gathered the most common issues you may run into so that you've got a quick, go-to fix anytime a problem pops up.
You can just search for the step and follow the instructions to troubleshoot the issue. But if you're still having trouble fixing the issue, you can:
A | Ask the Get Support Team (blue button in the lower right corner of Thrive Machine). ↘️

・If that doesn't answer your question, ask for a Live Agent.

・If you're using Stripe, click here and select any card number to test your funnel.
・If you're using PayPal, click here to generate a card number and test your funnel.
Step 5 | If you didn't receive the "Opt-In List" & "Private Client" tags

・Go to Automations / Workflows / Package Funnel Workflows 8.0
・Look for the automation called ["Opt-In List" & "Private Client" Tags are Added].
・Select the “Tags” dropdown and choose both "Opt-In List" & "Private Client" Tags.
・Select the blue button at the right-bottom side called "Save Action". And then save it again at the top-right corner.
Step 6 | If you didn't receive the Package Welcome Email

・Check your junk and spam.
・Try opting in again and make sure you entered the correct email address.
・Make sure DND is not turned on for your account.
・Check the automation to make sure the first email is set up to be automatically sent, immediately after opting in.
